The user has the right to access purchased content for the duration of the active subscription, within the limit of authorized devices.

• Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or reproduction of materials is not permitted.
• The user is responsible for the security of their account and for activities carried out under it.
• Any breach of the terms may lead to suspension of access without prior notice.

Kifiya Digital Academy undertakes to maintain the platform functional and to periodically update the educational content.

The provider reserves the right to modify the course offering, prices, or subscription structure, with prior notification to users via email or announcement on the site.

Kifiya Digital Academy cannot be held liable for any financial, data, or opportunity losses resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the provider exceed the value of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months.

Payments are made in advance for the selected subscription period. Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the user has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

Subscriptions renew automatically, unless the user cancels before the billing date. Cancellation can be done from the personal account or by contacting the support team.

The user may terminate the use of services at any time by deleting their account. In case of a serious breach of the terms, Kifiya Digital Academy may unilaterally terminate access without refund.

After termination, the user no longer has the right to access the materials, and personal data will be processed according to the privacy policy.

These conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be informed at least 30 days before the changes come into effect, via email or an announcement on the site.

Continuing to use the services after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.

This document is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.
